We are seeking a versatile, highly organized Digital Patient Technical Help & Shipping Receiving Specialist to join our team. This unique hybrid role splits time between direct, phone-based patient engagement and hands-on inventory operations.

If you are an empathetic communicator who enjoys helping people overcome technical hurdles, but also loves rolling up your sleeves to manage physical logistics and keep operations running like clockwork, this is the ideal role for you.

The role is Part-Time and flexible to start. We can work with you to set Monday-Friday availability 4-6 hours a day. Customer tracking and ticketing system experience is strongly preferred.

Core Responsibilities

Digital Patient Navigation & Engagement (~50%)
  • Proactive Outreach & Engagement: Patiently and proactively place outbound calls to patients to guide them through initial system onboarding, ensuring they get connected, remain connected, and stay actively engaged with their remote care tools.
  • Digital Patient Navigation: Serve as a compassionate digital navigator, translating device setup steps and technical instructions into plain, encouraging language for patients of all technical comfort levels.
  • Troubleshooting & Connection Maintenance: Monitor logs and technical alerts to identify unengaged or disconnected patients, making warm follow-up calls to resolve connectivity barriers before care is disrupted.
Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Logistics (~50%)
  • Equipment Provisioning & Kitting: Accurately unbox, inspect, configure, and pack patient monitoring devices and cellular equipment according to specific patient care plans and shipping directives.
  • Shipping & Receiving Operations: Manage incoming inventory shipments and outgoing package logistics, generating carrier shipping labels (FedEx/UPS/USPS), tracking transit updates, and handling return processing/sanitization.
  • Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain an organized, efficient warehouse workspace, performing routine inventory audits and updating stock levels in our tracking software to ensure seamless supply chain flow.

Key Requirements & Physical Demands

  • Role Balance: Ability to seamlessly shift mindsets between high-empathy customer phone support and detail-oriented physical warehouse tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication with proven patience and active listening skills over the phone.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and lift boxes or inventory crates up to 35–50 lbs during the logistics half of the day.
  • Detail & Process Oriented: Highly organized with strong attention to serial numbers, asset tracking, and package accuracy.
