Blue Spark Technologies is dedicated to pioneering continuous vital sign monitoring solutions that improve patient care, reduce readmissions, and optimize hospital reimbursement, featuring its flagship product, TempTraq® — the only continuous, disposable adhesive patch for real-time body temperature monitoring for up to 72 hours. Through continuous monitoring, TempTraq improves the way healthcare professionals monitor fever, providing a simple, effective way to elevate the standard of care delivered in the clinical environment.
Together, Locus and Blue Spark engaged in a project to integrate TempTraq data into the workflow provided by Locus to offer additional value to current and prospective customer bases of both companies in patient populations including oncology and others. This integration further enables Locus customers to leverage RPM data in their reimbursement plans for connected device integrations.
Locus and Owlet partnered to bridge the critical gap between the NICU and the home by integrating Owlet’s FDA-cleared BabySat® pulse oximetry data directly into the Locus platform, establishing a new benchmark for neonatal and pediatric remote monitoring. This collaboration empowers clinicians with hospital-grade insights while providing families with simple, cloud-based connectivity for real-time peace of mind—all while powering a sustainable RPM program.
By offering these connected devices, Locus automated the tracking of required transmission days to support RPM billing reimbursement (such as CPT 99453 and 99454), effectively removing the technical and financial barriers to scaling high-quality connected care for the most vulnerable patients
Locus partnered with MIR (Medical International Research) to bring hospital-grade spirometry into the home. By integrating MIR’s world-class diagnostic hardware with the Locus Health platform, we established a new standard for managing chronic lung conditions—including Asthma, COPD, and Cystic Fibrosis—through seamless, real-time data flow. Spirobank Smart®, MIR’s portable, Bluetooth-enabled spirometer allows patients to perform ATS/ERS-compliant lung function tests—tracking FEV1, FVC, and PEF—directly through the Locus application.
This partnership removes both technical and financial barriers by leveraging MIR’s hardware and prioritizing the EMR to power RPM billing reimbursement, automatically documenting the connectivity days needed for monthly claims.
Locus integrates seamlessly with a wide range of Veridian devices, whether a patient population requires the simplicity of “plug-and-play” Cellular or the versatility of Bluetooth.
Veridian Cellular RPM is ideal for patients without smartphones or reliable home Wi-Fi. Data from Veridian cellular blood pressure monitors, scales, and glucose meters transmits automatically over 4G/LTE networks directly to the Locus platform. Locus automates the tracking of required connected device transmission days to power seamless RPM billing reimbursement by replacing inefficient manual logs and cumbersome PDF uploads with a discrete, real-time data pipeline into the EMR.
Many other Veridian devices leverage Bluetooth integrations, giving care teams a broad range of choice for targeted, Locus-integrated device data.
Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) is a key tool to leverage glucose as a vital sign – bridging the gap between clinician and patient populations. Locus partnered with Dexcom to enable the first discrete data integration for this vital sign, supporting provider workflows in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and creating a more robust picture of patient and population health.
By providing a curated ecosystem of connected devices—including the Dexcom G6 and G7—Locus automated the documentation required for RPM billing codes (such as CPT 99453, 99454, and 99457) and unlocked the revenue potential of numerous customer RPM programs.
Locus partners with Redox to allow for data exchange between our flexible and configurable programs and dozens of EMRs and other supporting services. The exceptional speed and scalability eliminate the hassles of data incompatibility for your technical teams and make Locus a compliment to the EMR.
Me.Health offers a cellular communication Hub to connect health devices to the Locus platform. Patients simply plug in the Hub and gather data from blood pressure cuffs, scales, pulse, oximeters, and many more Locus supported devices, eliminating the need for the patient to pair and sync from individual devices, creating an easy experience for Locus patients.

Supporting the Ollie Hinkle Heart Foundation and it’s Mental Health Service program, Ollie’s Branch, as the telehealth solution for therapists and clients to connect via a secure app for therapy sessions conveniently on their own desktop or mobile device, or a device provided to them by Locus as needed. The partnership enabled Ollie Hinkle Heart Foundation to reach an underserved, vulnerable community that may lack access to technology, WiFi, and/or cellular to reach OHHF’s therapist community and receive timely and individualized mental health services with the Locus app.
